At Aspect Safety, our team of experienced trainers, coupled with dedicated project coordinators, ensures a comprehensive approach to empowerment. Drawing from their extensive field experience, our trainers impart practical knowledge, while the project coordinators excel in recruitment, securing funding, program management, and facilitating job placements.

Since our inception, we’ve had the privilege of training hundreds of students in heavy equipment operation, fall protection, confined space safety, and various other essential skills. Witnessing the potential in every individual, we successfully secured funding for over 200 students, enabling them to participate in two-week training boot camps. These intensive programs not only improved their resumes but also equipped them with the tools to find gainful employment.

Aspect Safety’s roots were planted in Kitimat, BC, but our commitment to providing transformative training has led us to extend our services across most of the province. As we grew, we embraced the digital era and now offer online training through our website, making education accessible to learners beyond geographical boundaries.

The journey to success was a collaborative effort, with numerous individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences contributing to Aspect’s founding and growth. Today, Aspect Safety is proudly managed by co-founder Logan Arruda, who leads the team with a shared vision of creating a safer, prosperous, and inclusive future for all.
